Program Description

Utah Stocked Fish and UtahStockedFish.com are operated by Honest Abe Marketing, LLC d/b/a UtahStockedFish.com. The service provides paid subscribers with county-specific Utah fish stocking SMS alerts and caller-ID access to the 1-855-600-HOOK AI voice assistant.

SMS Terms

By checking the SMS consent box on the signup form, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Honest Abe Marketing, LLC d/b/a UtahStockedFish.com at the mobile number you provide. Messages include county-specific stocking alerts, subscription/account notices, preference updates, and replies to HELP, STOP, START, STATUS, and county commands.

Message frequency varies by selected counties and season, typically 1-30 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Opt-Out and Help

STOP: Reply STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT to stop SMS messages. Opt-out requests are honored immediately by the service.

HELP: Reply HELP for help with SMS alerts and account preferences.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may depend on your mobile carrier, device, and network availability.

Subscription and Billing

Subscription billing is processed by Stripe. Access is based on your subscription status. Canceling SMS with STOP disables text alerts but does not automatically cancel your paid subscription.

Fishing information is provided for convenience and may summarize public stocking data or other fishing resources. Always confirm current conditions, closures, and regulations with official Utah Division of Wildlife Resources sources before traveling or fishing.
